ABBA Cares

Hope, Help, and a Second Chance

We believe that every woman deserves compassion, dignity, and a path forward—no matter what she's been through. ABBA Cares exists to walk alongside women during their most difficult moments, offering the practical help and emotional support they need to rebuild their lives and reclaim their futures. Whether you're facing incarceration, healing from trauma, searching for employment after making mistakes, or simply trying to find your footing again, you don't have to do it alone. We're here to help you write the next chapter of your story.

Too many women fall through the cracks of a system that wasn't designed with them in mind. They're mothers separated from their children because they can't afford bail. They're survivors of violence who've never had access to real healing. They're people who made mistakes and are now locked out of opportunities to move forward.

At ABBA Cares, we see you. We understand that life isn't always simple, and that good people sometimes end up in hard situations. We're here to provide real, practical help—from paying bail so you can be home with your children, to connecting you with therapists who understand trauma, to finding you employers who believe in second chances.

Our mission is simple: to restore hope and create pathways to freedom. We do this through direct support, compassionate guidance, and a commitment to treating every person with the respect and care they deserve.

How We Help You

Every woman's journey is different. These are the ways we can support yours.

Free Bail Assistance

No baby should be born behind bars. No mother should miss bedtime stories because she can't afford bail.

We believe justice shouldn't depend on how much money you have. If you're pregnant and nearing your due date, or if you're a first-time offender with young children at home, we may be able to help you post bail and return to your family. We cover the full bail amount up to $50,000—no repayment required.

The system punishes poverty. Women with resources go home to their families. Women without resources sit in jail—losing their jobs, time with their children, and their ability to prepare a defense. We're working to level that playing field.

Who Qualifies:

  • Pregnant women (8 months or more)
  • Mothers with 3+ children at home (first-time offenders)
  • Non-violent offenses only
  • Bail amounts up to $50,000
  • Established community ties (family, job, housing)
Your past doesn't define your future. Let us help you get home to your family.

Free Therapy for Domestic Violence Survivors

Healing from abuse is a journey, not a destination. You've survived the hardest part—now let us help you thrive.

The wounds of domestic violence aren't always visible. The fear, self-doubt, and pain linger long after the abuse stops. We partner with licensed PhD therapists who specialize in trauma and understand exactly what you've been through. These experts can help you process your experiences, rebuild your sense of self, and create a life free from fear.

Therapy isn't a luxury—it's a necessity for healing. But for many survivors, it's financially out of reach. That's why we make sure cost is never a barrier. Our therapists understand trauma bonding, PTSD, and the long road to recovery.

What You Get:

  • Licensed PhD therapists specializing in trauma and abuse recovery
  • Convenient, private Zoom sessions from home
  • Completely free—no insurance, fees, or copays
  • Confidential, judgment-free environment
  • Flexible scheduling around your life
  • As many sessions as you need—no limits
You deserved better then. You deserve healing now.

Employment Connections

Your past made you stronger. Your future is still unwritten. Let us connect you with employers who see your potential.

Finding a job after incarceration can feel impossible. Many employers won't even look at your application once they see that box checked. But we've built relationships with companies who understand that everyone deserves a second chance—and that people with criminal records can be loyal, hardworking, and dedicated employees.

These aren't just companies doing charity—they're businesses that have learned hiring people with second chances is good for everyone. They provide real jobs with real advancement, fair pay, and the chance to build a career.

How We Help:

  • Direct connections to vetted, fair-chance employers
  • Jobs across hospitality, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and skilled trades
  • Real career paths with training and advancement
  • Support for both men and women
  • Resume help and interview preparation
  • Ongoing support after you're hired
Work is about more than a paycheck—it's about purpose, pride, and proving what you're capable of.

You're more than your mistakes. You're more than your circumstances. Let us help you discover who you're meant to become.
